• I hand-paint each figure with meticulous detail, using premium paints like Citadel, Vallejo, and Ammo Rig to add precise finishing touches and make each piece a true collectible.
• Prioritizing the satisfaction of our valued customers, I pay close attention to every detail and work with dedication to deliver unique, handcrafted figures.

• Before shipping, I take photos and videos of each figure from multiple angles and share them with customers for their approval. Once you confirm, we proceed with the shipping, ensuring that the product meets your expectations.

• To prevent damage during shipping, some parts are sent disassembled. Each piece comes with prepared slots and includes glue to make assembly easy.
• Unpainted figures are shipped disassembled, with sandpaper and glue provided to facilitate the painting process. If you prefer to receive them fully assembled, just let us know when placing your order.
