-Our figures are manufactured using high-quality 12K resin printers (Saturn 4 Ultra - Elegoo), with each stage of production carefully monitored.
-I hand-paint each figure with meticulous detail, using premium paints like Citadel, Vallejo, and Ammo Rig to add precise finishing touches and make each piece a true collectible.
-Prioritizing customer satisfaction, I pay close attention to every detail and work with dedication to deliver unique, handcrafted figures.
-Custom orders are available! Contact us for designs tailored to your preferences.
-Before shipping, I take photos and videos of each figure from multiple angles and share them with customers for their approval. Once confirmed, we proceed with shipping to ensure the product meets expectations.
-Figures are carefully packaged and insured against damage during shipping. If any parts are broken or deformed during transit, we will promptly replace them.
-To prevent damage during shipping, some parts are sent disassembled. Each piece comes with prepared slots, and glue is included for easy assembly.
-Unpainted figures are shipped disassembled, with sandpaper and glue provided to facilitate the painting process. If you prefer them fully assembled, let us know when placing your order.
